After careful analysis, authorities have determined that the suspicious package was actually a copy of Obama's "Jobs Plan" that broke open in transit on its way to the curator of the future Obama Presidential Library in Kenya. Fortunately, it dissipated before it was broadcast over the airwaves, where it could have sickened millions. A detailed spectroscopic analysis revealed that the offending content was a mixture of hot air, smoke and recycled manure, each a harmless substance by itself, but in combination could have adversely affected the entire population of the U.S. Medical experts have broadcast a warning to the public that, if exposed to the contents of this plan material, they should watch for symptoms which include nausea, projectile vomiting, sudden onset of Tourette Syndrome and an overwhelming urge to throw heavy objects at their television screens.

Rachel:For those of you who questioned why they were directing people who were possibly exposed to the package to report to a Pronto's Pizza place, many military bases have restaurants on base. When I was stationed at Scott AFB, they also had a Burger King and Baskin Robbins. I am certain the people were not directed to go inside, but to a decontamination site set up in the parking lot.
This would be done according to checklists in place for responding to such a situation.
They would have to be decontaminated before they would allow them in the hospital where they could possibly contaminate other patients. They would set it up away from buildings. I hope our airmen are going to be all right. God bless them.
